Agreed, I don't think we should be thinking about them too much. There is tremendous power in acknowledging them (very liberating) but they should not be at the forefront of all that we do. I know mine aren't.

Unequivocally: Fear of wasting life.

And what can you say about something like that in a quick comment? Not much.

When I'm inspired, I'm taking every opportunity given to me while I'm here. When I'm down, I feel like I haven't done anything worthwhile, ever.

Ultimately, I'm afraid I just don't like to think about fear too much.

Y'know, just the normal stuff :-)

Thanks for the post.

I have found myself from time to time browsing only to discover that I was in fact in the woman's section. Of course then is when I then pretend I am looking for something for my "girlfriend"...of course she is imaginary but it does help me regain a little of my self-respect. Any you are right. It is all how we spin it...how we choose to interpret it and reshape the story we tell ourselves.

I think the thing is with fear is that it isn't that they are constantly present, they are just there, lingering in the background. I could list many more (some are just funny) but none keep me up at night. But they are definitely present and definitely shape who I am. The key is not to feel they shouldn't exist, but rather acknowledge they exist and proceed anyhow.

I like your re-frame about knowing more about ourselves. Your video was great. Love stuff like that.
